mojoPortal is a free. You only pay to have the software uploaded and configured on your ASP.NET enabled server with database. This process usually takes a day to upload, configure and test. You choose one of the included templates, add your own pages, and input your content.
mojoPortal includes the following modules right out of the box:

Add Your Own Content whenever you want just by logging into your administration account then adding pages and content sections to the page. You can edit the content by going directly to the page and clicking the edit button. You'll get a Word-like editable section to edit your content. You can even assign editors to edit content that you approve before it's released to the public.
