PCI Guard Dog was a result of research done by Desirea and her colleagues. It is based on WordPress Multi-User installation. PCI Guard Dog includes multiple widgets and plugins to entice website visitors and analyze visitor behavior. PCI Guard Dog is geared toward developing understanding and knowledge of PCI Compliancy issues for web design clients and other web design companies.

The Itsy Bitsy Bra Bar needed a modification of their osCommerce installation to include a promotional code module that enabled the shopping cart to offer a promotional code. This was an agreement with InStyle magazine which the website is being featured in for the month of January 2010. Inphotek team worked overtime to implement the installation and make several other changes to modify the website for the expected results from a national magazine mentioning the website.

Spit Creek Ranch needed a website to maintain a contact database of clients. Inphotek analyzed the costs of developing a custom contact database and compared the analysis to utilizing the mojoPortal system. The portal system was a cost effective alternative to custom development. It serves Spit Creek Ranch's clients and needs on a larger scale. The portal system offered the following advantages over creating a 3 page website with a contact management system:

I couldn't say more great things about Desirea. She created a website that has rocketed my business this year. She setup a twitter account for the ranch, setup a blog and filled it with useful articles about horses. The response has been phenomenal. Dr. Reed Ayers and John Staples undertook a research project on the subject of rotational falls in the dangerous sport of Equestrian Eventing for the United States Eventing Federation. Rotational falls are deadly falls over a jump that result in a horse rotating head over heels and often landing on top of their rider.

Reed Ayers contacted Desirea Herrera about helping them with Garmin Foreman GPS  data collected during Eventing competitions and converting it into a format he could input into his analysis software. Desirea Herrera undertook the job of building a windows application that read the TCX format output from the Garmin Foreman device to flatten the data from the XML and output it into a CSV file suitable for input into MS Excel or any other analysis software.

Good Tastes Kitchens needed a website to support their food delivery service. Inphotek chose to base this ecommerce website on the open source Zen Cart. The cart was customized visually and programmatically.

The Inphotek team implemented a custom pickup/delivery module that gave customers the choice of picking up their meals or having them delivered for an extra cost. Pickup locations and times were also a choice setup in the module.

The owners of My Boss is an Idiot had an idea for a custom anonymous letter writing service. Inphotek built a custom anonymous letter writing application with fully functional ecommerce. Additional features included a testimonial capture displays and Letter Of The Week features. At the client’s request we also included a simple content management system that allows the client to add pages as needed within different site categories. Inphotek also created several logos which My Boss Is An Idiot used in a Cafe Press e-store selling branded items.

Inphotek was subcontracted to develop an ecommerce reservation system. Inphotek named the reservation system Calendar Cart. The calendar cart was built as a reservation ecommerce application with AJAX enabled features. It captures user data into a database configures dates and times based on administrative settings and fills time spaces as parties and total party guests are calculated. The calendar cart is fully capable of accepting credit cards and taking payments.

This site includes syndicated financial content, custom discussion boards along with editing capabilities for the current staff. It includes newsletter articles and a custom Frequently Asked Questions section that will set it apart from the Financial Accounting Competition.

Californiahorseproperties.com needed a redesign for their website that had a better information design, integrated shopping cart with real estate section and community bui plus branding images.

Desirea Herrera broke down the current website through an initial analysis. We created a detailed site map that implemented community-building sections and recommended and implemented prebuilt and custom software systems. We created a branded look that can be carried out for each future state.

By integrating and customizing prebuilt software solutions into the site, our team solved payment problems within their previous website. Client’s ability to easily retrieve payments and site visitor postings were implemented immediately without any work on behalf of the client. Client and visitors are able to upload and add real estate listings with no training.
